Meet The Team

Hi! I’m Amy the proud owner of The Coffee Can Company. I have a deep passion for creating comfortable community spaces where people can come together, enjoy a cup of coffee, and engage in meaningful conversations.

At The Coffee Can Company, we strive to provide more than just a great cup of coffee. We believe that a coffee shop should be a place where individuals from all walks of life can gather, relax, and connect with one another. We are dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and encourages community engagement.

I am passionate about curating unique experiences for our customers, whether it’s through hosting community events, featuring local small businesses, or partnering with charitable organizations. I believe in the power of coffee to bring people together and create lasting connections.

Prior to starting The Coffee Can Company, I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, honing my skills in customer service and business management. This background has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to create a coffee shop that goes beyond serving great coffee, but also serves as a hub for community engagement.

I am excited to continue growing The Coffee Can Company and expanding our reach to more communities. It is my mission to provide a place where individuals can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, find solace in a warm cup of coffee, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

If you’re looking for a comfortable community space to unwind, engage, and enjoy exceptional coffee, I invite you to visit The Coffee Can Company. Join us in building a community where everyone feels welcome and connected.

I’m Laura and I’m the friendly face and manager at the Bourne Green Pavillion.  I might be a newer Coffee Can Team member but everyone has already made me feel right at home!

I’ve worked in retail/hospitality for over 20 years and I just love getting to know people and going that extra mile to make someone’s day.  I’m also a natural chatterbox so am usually up for a natter most days (once I’ve had my coffee 😂).

Outside Can Life – I run my own creative business illustrating and designing colourful and quirky art, I have THE cutest cat in the world who is as chatty as me and likely to be either watching old Doctor Who with the hubby, listening to Taylor Swift on repeat or completing one of the many on-going craft projects.

Hi,

I’m Evie and I’m the assistant manager of the Coffee Can at Eliza’s.
I joined the team in March 2024 and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all the regulars and serving the best coffee in the area.

Before joining the Coffee Can, I owned my own shop and have worked in hospitality for 10 years.

I love the everyday day life of working in a coffee shop, from making the important first cup of coffee for someone in the morning – to serving delicious icecream to the afterschool rush.

Outside of work- you’ll find me chasing after my very energetic two year old son and my Labrador Reggie, constantly tidying up after them! (Mum life)

Hello everyone!
I go by many names, Catherine, Cathy or the most popular… Coffee Can Mum!!

Having spent my whole career before this sat behind a desk I am now enjoying the fun and social side of working in a lovely customer facing Hospitality Business!

The Coffee Can has an amazing team
and even more amazing customers, some of which have become good friends.

I am involoved in most parts of The Coffee Can and when I am not supporting Amy with the admin and stratergy side, I am brewing up the good stuff from Duncan the Van at any number of the events we do in the area.

In my spare time, you can find me looking after my many animals including my pet sheep and goats as well as keeping fit and socialising with family and friends.
