It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of our beloved cafe. The decision has not been made lightly; we have poured our hearts into creating a space that has brought joy, laughter and community for the past two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hospitality faces unprecedented challenges in achieving profitability at the moment, with small businesses struggling across the board. Our recent refit transformed our well loved tea room into a fresh new space, and while we saw an incredible increase in daily sales, it has regrettably not been sufficient to offset our unsustainable expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite unwavering support from our amazing customers, the skyrocketing cost of goods, staff, electricity and taxes have left us unable to continue operating profitably. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have supported us on this journey. Your presence has made our cafe a special place, and we truly appreciate every one of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We hope to still see you all again soon! We have a small coffee shop in the Lower Bourne, as well as two coffee vans that we use for mobile events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
